![]() When we train a member of 5 Round Fitness, our certified personal trainers develop a specific plan and utilize a wide range of exercises and disciplines, such as: sport specific conditioning, American jujitsu, nutritional science, plyometrics, weight training and yoga. In 2005 we started utilizing high intensity diverse trainingtechniques for our MMA fighters. Offering these techniques in a structured and accessible program brought a lot of fighters to us and made our workouts legendary. What we soon came to realize is that these are the most effective and efficient training techniques that currently exist and these techniques work for everyone; from the elite athlete to the greenest beginner.
Around here we often say if you want the physique and abilities of a runner than by all means train like a runner, but if you want the attributes of a fighter such as; strength, power and stamina in addition to a killer physique, then you have to train like a fighter. We utilize our knowledge of fighter training to offer athletic training to improve shape and health in the most effective training program available.
