We are affiliated with camps like American Top Team, Elite Performance and many of the other great fight camps in the world. Our coaches are all ISSA, MMA, Burns, Twist and TRX certified and provide a wealth of experience and knowledge. Upcoming 6 week camps
6 week camps consist of 6 weeks of training with a total of 36 unique, hardcore, alternative workouts: everything from tire work to hill training to shark tanking. No matter what your fitness level is, and no matter what your sport is, you will see and feel tangible gains, growth and improvement after your practical anaerobic training and strength training workouts. Each participant who signs on is scheduled for every workout; however you are not required to attend every workout.
Days and Times
12:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. 5:00pm Mondays and Tuesdays. Thursdays at 7:00 pm. Athletes are not required to participate in every workout, and may choose to decline based on their specific goals and availability.

What to expect?
This is a hard core training camp. We do not teach technical skill sets; however, we do incorporate many style of combat into the workouts. We engage in rolling. We spar. We shark tank. We get you ready to go 5 rounds full throttle. No one you face will have outworked you, period. Workouts focus on hardcore cardio training, strength training, and explosion training. Each participant will receive his/her own formula for success plan, complete with a personalized training plan and a nutritional plan specifically formulated for him/her.
Our camps are by nature progressive. The workouts gradually become more difficult. As you achieve gains in speed, strength and stamina, you will need to increase your resistance in order to receive the challenge, growth and results you are looking for. As you progress, the camp progresses. In the beginning of camp each workout is about an hour long, and by the end of camp each workout is a little over two hours long. We guarantee by the time camp concludes, you will be in peak performance in time for your tournament or fight.
5 Round Fitness is reality based training. Our coaches know that over half of all fights are won and lost before the fight even starts. That means over half the time a person is in a fight, the difference between his/her winning or losing is found in preparation and training. 5 Round Fitness coaches know that the ―will to win is not as important as the ―will to prepare to win.
