TRX was developed by a navy seal but you don’t have to be one to take advantage of the cutting edge fitness equipment.  Advanced class has hundreds of different TRX exercise variations. No long rests between sets and during the exercises we don‘t spend time at the top of the motion: we keep it moving. You will get out what you put into it. If you work hard you will achieve measurable gains in speed, individual muscular strength, core strength, balance, flexibility, muscular endurance and overall stamina.
